Brief: A tech startup 800 strong approached Forge to help them relocate across the road into a building stack with 9 floors and amenity spaces, and manage their rapid growth through an uncertain period of Covid-19.
Forge conducted a deep dive research into the company, their culture and work patterns through an employee wide survey, targeted interviews with leadership and workshops with teams to understand their complex needs and develop a new workplace that both functionally and aesthetically met the client goals.
